Neben dem Wohnbereich mit stilvollem Essbereich gibt es auch eine große, luxuriöse Wohnküche von Poliform mit angrenzendem Loungebereich, die durch ein ausgeklügeltes Beleuchtungskonzept perfekt in Szene gesetzt wird. Die Villa verfügt über große minimalistische Panoramah! Fenster, hohe Decken und Natursteinböden sowie ein hochwertiges Holzparkett im Schlafbereich. Das Domotic-System ist einfach zu bedienen und kann über Handy oder Tablet gesteuert werden. Die großzügigen Stellplätze bieten die Möglichkeit einer Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge.
